Good Morning Friends old and new! July 3rd is my second son’s birthday and the 4th is one of my favorite Holidays! It’s good to see you again. Together we can celebrate July!
For the past 4 years I have been smothered with 4 surgeries and still no surgery for my foot. I still greet you with some pain. Many sessions of Physical Therapy, taught me a lot about exercise and life. We will share exercises here!
In the 23rd Psalms God promises to restore my soul (and yours). I wish I could have pushed a button and asked Him to restore me instantly. However, I was a physical and emotional mess and after each surgery, I had to have time to heal! Now, I have 2 new hips, 2 new knees and muscles still recovering. I am 15 pounds lighter than when you saw me last.
This year I became active in Real Estate as an agent in Montana. I’ve had the pleasure of finding the perfect home for 2 clients and have several in the pipeline.
Montana is beautiful but I miss being in my home state of Tennessee. Perhaps I will return there soon.
Agenda is an activity from the The Twelve Week Year, book recommended by Connie R Green. I am diligently implementing this each day. My goal is to finish 2 years by the end of December.
The next few days, I will share recovery progress for muscle atrophy, improvement of diet and physical activity. I am pleased and amazed with the results of Physical Therapy, New habits include doing many of these exercises daily. Some of the post going forward will include videos for you.
