Did you Ever Make A House Buying Mistake?

What happens when you make a mistake when purchasing or renting a house?

Lots of times, we tend to procrastinate and do nothing because we don’t know what to do.  I made a mistake coming to Florida.  Three weeks in I am very conscious of this.  It’s like a shoe that doesn’t fit and it hurts more each day.

Fortunately,  I did not purchase the house I am in.  Also,  I have a lenient clause for leaving.  How long should I wait?
