Checklist To Prosper

February 4, 2020 by Molinda Goforth Leave a Comment

  Check List to Prosper

My first activity to meet my goals  is to develop a daily check list for activities.  Planning long term goals is difficult for me, but necessary now!

Almost completed my review of the past decade.  I was pleasantly surprised with some good things and very much aware there could have been more.  Working  solo has it’s challenges and I will meet mine via a Check List Start for the Month of February…to be updated at the end of each day. Today is Saturday. The time is  6:19 p.m.

 Learn!

  •   I will learn a new skill daily to better communicate online.

 Week Summary Overview

  • Greet each day with prayer…Good Morning God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. You are welcome in my life today.

  • Continue in prayer and meditation as desire leads.

  • Fill each day with productive actions to meet goal. This means being accountable for each minute and know every second counts.

  • Start the week with Happy, Healthy Monday and set the pace for success.

  • Saturday, Organize for coming week and document progress for the week

  • Sunday a day to worship, relax and enjoy family

In Conclusion

Saturday was a great day!  My son needed me to ride with him  to pick up his old truck and drive it back home.  He bought a beautiful Tundra truck.  Riding in it kindled my desire for another vehicle.

Once home, the warm weather permitted  me to open the garage and go through some boxes and hunt for resource treasures for next week.

We ate dinner on time!

I worked on the checklist for the clients I have who want to build a new home.  You got it.  They don’t want to buy, they would like to design, and oversee the building process. Their question was…where do we start.

For the first time ever, I am outlining goals for the next 10 years.  Mark Batterson,  author of the Circle Maker,  teaches us to pray circles around our biggest dreams and greatest fear.

Revelation:  It will take a few days to complete a productive routine to follow.

Sunday…we missed church.  I always feel a void when I don’t make it for church.

However, the day was wonderful.  I met with a new friend and we looked at a couple of houses.  Yes, Home, new houses, little houses  and land is where my heart and expertise lives.

Ending this week by continuing my over view of the past  10 years and written goals for the next. They are so outlandish, they amaze me!

Join me and let’s

Progress For Little House

May 14, 2013 by Molinda Goforth Leave a Comment

I am astounded that in a year I have made almost no progress toward my goal for the little house.

It is though there was a mob of moving obstacles in my path.  I command them to move me forward and become a parade in my honor!

Have you ever felt overwhelmed with obstacles, buried under the rubbish?

Gypsy’s Home

Maybe foreclosure, fire, death, marriage, life in general hasn’t dictated to you where is home.

Perhaps you are like me, alone, family scattered to the four corners of the world and you just don’t know where to plant the tree that will grow in your yard.

For the past 15 years I have enjoyed life for the most part, seen times when I thought I saw the bottom and now just want a place to call home and someone there to share it with me.

So, let’s take this journey together.  Remember, I can call forth experiences that may help you no matter what your situation may be.  Please comment, or share your  thoughts, frustrations and victories as we journey.

How To Solve The Home Problem

Foreclosed?   Need to rent a house?  Want to Lease to Own?  Have Money?

Don’t have money?  These thoughts may become overwhelming.  The media supplies us with a vision of thousands of foreclosed homes that are on the market at a bargain.  Well, if your house was one of them how do you find home?  Perhaps you  just sold your home on a short sale.  Can you buy again?

Where will you live?  How many times do you have to move?

Any of these scenarios create circumstance for you to look for home.

Where is home?

Foreclosed Home? Where Do You Move?

April 6, 2013 by Molinda Goforth Leave a Comment

Although I am not in a position of foreclosure, I am staying with a friend, so this move idea may be shared from a personal situation.

Actually, I have a history of moving!  My lifestyle as a widow, a mother of  3 sons who reside  from East to West, and global friends  I have lots of experience with travel and moving!

For me this move is an adventure, fun and challenging.  For the foreclosed homeowner, it may generate a feeling of panic, failure and desperation. From a non emotional view, a move is a move and we need to view it as an adventure, fun and full of opportunity.

What are the opportunities after foreclosure?

Is There A Judgement Day after Foreclosure

April 4, 2013 by Molinda Goforth Leave a Comment

Your house has been foreclosed.  You have moved.  Now,  are you free of the debt?

The lender has taken possession of the house you thought you owned.  They will now sell it  If it does not bring enough to pay the debt you agreed to they may file a judgement against you for the remainder of the debt.

Once a judgement is placed it is recorded at the County Court House and becomes public record.  Any future sale of assets may be subject to be taken to satisfy this debt.  Judgements affect our ability to purchase.

Speaking of debt,  does the same structure apply to the debts our Country owes?

Stopping Foreclosure of Home

Time is of the essence.  This statement means there is an urgency in making your house payment.  Read the fine print of your agreement with your lender.  Stop listening to friends who have a solution.

Our word is our bond.  In plain form this means that when you purchased your house,  words were written into an agreement and you heard and hopefully read them at the closing of your loan.

This becomes your road map for how your ownership will be handled.  Perhaps your neighbors map is different.  Follow your directions.

However, usually when a loan becomes 90 days delinquent foreclosure proceedings begin.  Foreclosure ends in eviction.

Once you are in arrears or see the delinquent statement on the wall of your mind, the solution is to generate  more money.

Want ideas for doing just that?  Email me and I will personally respond and help you generate ideas to implement and perhaps to avoid loosing your home.

Your House Payment Is Late!

April 3, 2013 by Molinda Goforth Leave a Comment

I have been there, felt that pain, wore that tee shirt.  Your house payment is late.

How does this picture go?  Within a day or two you will start getting calls from the lender.  Remember, you are the servant.

Actually though, if you haven’t made the payment within 30 days on the 31st day you become one over 30 on your credit report.  If you had made a partial payment as we noted last time you could make the other half and late fees and start over with the late process.

Continue on, making other bills other than the house payment and one month turns to two then you are in a critical stage because at 30 over 30 days late foreclosure becomes real.

From observation, I have notice the first thing on a troubled home owners mind is to borrow the path out of debt.  Once a house payment is documented as late, it is almost impossible to refinance.

What are some options to do during troubled times to avoid this train wreck?
