After Action Review of 2018

January 12, 2019 by Molinda Goforth 1 Comment

After Action Review of 2018

After action review of 2018 in a constructive way revealed I must be careful not to travel the same road.

Note to self:  Don’t look back You are not going that way.

Brutally Honest Assessment of 2018

My needs are met. I have food, clothing and shelter, health insurance, family, church and wonderful pastor.  The Brutally Honest truth is My Cup is Empty. During the year, I  let go of many frustrations, disappointments and my perceived failures. Results are a cup empty of emotions, a frugal bank account and a complacent environment.

In 2019,  I will fill my cup.  No Refills Please!

Positive results of actions for 2018 :

  1.  A marker for my Dad’s grave.  He died in the 90s and there wasn’t a foot stone to acknowledge his burial. My Dad wasn’t the same man when he left as he was when I was growing up. Alzheimer’s captured his thoughts sometimes in an unkind way. Old hurts surfaced. I wasn’t happy with his remarriage. For today, I honor him for being the Dad he didn’t have to be.  I was adopted. His remains no longer stay in an unmarked grave. I made peace with his second wife.

.    2. A family trip with me, Eliana and Kris across country. In August, we traveled by car                from Montana to Kentucky.  Tennessee and South Carolina were included.

  1. Visits with family in Kentucky, Tennessee and South Carolina.

  1. My son Mark, met his 10- year old Niece for the first time. In Kentucky  children grew up and settled near relatives.  It was inconceivable to me my middle son had not met his niece and lives 2200 miles away.  So blessed to have time with the two sons and my granddaughter.

  1. Great Health report.

  1. My goal to activate my Tennessee Real Estate Brokers license happened.

  1. Completed several online courses for knowledge and skill to launch an online business. Even more important, I studied and studied God’s word.

Seven powerful statements for desires fulfilled in 2018.

Brutally Honest Truth must disclose I missed 3 major goals.

A home inspection for a house you consider purchasing must have full disclosure of anything wrong.  Then, the buyer and seller have a choice to make if anything unfavorable is disclosed.

The seller can fix or repair items in question.

The buyer can agree to accept it as is and be content.

I have a home inspection which encompasses my body, mind and soul.  Here’s the side throughout the year I vaguely disclosed.

My Soul was healed and released of an Orphan Spirit.  My mind and body remained a challenge.

The acquired deformity in my foot  restricted my walking, making money, being happy, and probably my longevity.  Is that true? I declared it to be true the first of the year of 2018. It’s 2019 and I acknowledge…it is not true!  Yes, it presents restrictions, .It was true the past year because I made a choice to make it true. I constantly spoke words confirming my “condition.”  I limited my physical movement and financial goals.

A new friend in 2018 is a massage therapist.  She jokingly describes my foot as a little elf foot!  I love that description….just like an imaginary happy little elf who hopped on a shelf, my little elf foot carries me on.  It is not deformed but normal for me.

I  made a choice not to fully disclose the true amount of pain with anyone outside of my immediate space. God had mercy on those in my immediate space. I confess to being very negative.  I have learned it’s okay to be honest to accept the things we can’t change, change the things we can and the wisdom to know the difference.  I resisted the things I could not change and their negative influence persisted.

The brutally honest truth is ….pain is my constant companion.  Can I change it? No. I can live and acknowledge the pain, stretch my limits for what I accepted to be restriction and know God honors me when I speak life into my dry hurting bones!  When pain stands between me and a desired action, I will be honest and decline not whine. I will be kind and not offended when others don’t remember I may not be able to do some things with them.    So,  this year, you just watch me and God go.

I looked in the mirror and then compared pictures from long previous years.  Sorry, but I don’t like the image in the mirror. Is it an image that will remain forever? No, the fat lady in the mirror doesn’t have to stick around.  My brutally honest truth today is I am borderline obese and looking forward to my normal weight. I am excited with my action plan for weight loss this year.

Enlightenment came when a friend in our writing group posted  “What if you Were Not Beautiful.” Oh my goodness….her article brought tears to my eyes. (click on beautiful to read)  I have never felt pretty much less beautiful but I was at one time so proud of my pretty little feet. I am short and I was also proud of my petite frame. God didn’t make me fat.  I did. God didn’t injure my foot.  I did.  My misgivings don’t change the beauty God sees in me.

The brutally honest truth is I have made pictures without my feet in them… I noticed the stares from people in public. Sometimes I was sure they were saying to themselves…Oh…..what happened to her foot…Is one leg shorter than the other? I constantly felt like the runt of the litter when others bounded up the steps and my 98-year-old neighbor went faster than me. Is it true that others have been cruel at times? Yes. Did their words hurt when I heard them? Yes. Was my reaction justified?  Maybe.

No,  truth is my feelings hurt when I became acutely aware I no longer walk like I used to walk.  I cannot run. Walking an incline is difficult and uneven ground almost impossible today. The truth is I have my own foot and I can walk and Life is Good. Each day I will look forward to constant and never-ending improvement.

Did I mention I made new friends in 2018 who empathized with pain and lack.  Shall I still consider these people “friends”? No, they are acquaintances.  I pray the Light of God shines so bright in my life they may reach out to Him for their needs.

It was my verbal desire to live in Franklin. I did not put any action into the desire.  The season for me to live in Franklin may be in the past. I am not there. Am I going to make a Franklin residence a goal for this year?  No. I declare I will Go where God leads me to go. If I am hesitant or afraid I will go anyway!  It’s refreshing and a return to youthful exuberance to look forward to the surprise God has for me.

What are my goals for this year?   I will greet each day with love in my heart and the intention to do a good deed for someone during the day. I will choose a verb each day and live into the word fully.   Twenty Six Words will pave my path forward.

I will develop the habit to think before I speak, strive to respond not react. I know the power of Life and Death is in my tongue.

That’s your hint.   Each day will have a word assigned to live into from the alphabet. Yep,  I am doing my ABC’s. The words I speak will empower me to walk more, straighter, embrace and release the pain.  I will speak over my life Proverbs 31 and as a blessed female walk in prosperity, my cup will run over and I will share with you.  My primary word  this year is Steady.  I tend to accomplish more in a sprint.

My word for the day will introduce my thoughts. My thoughts will drive me to new habits, my habits change my life.  Words are a part of my life, my cup will overflow daily.

For the first time in many years, I don’t have written goals.  Statements declaring I will make x-amount of dollars this year, buy a new house, build a new house, travel a designated amount of miles and move to a definite address are not written.  I am an open vessel for the abundance of God to enter and fill my entire being.

I am happy to read your goals, celebrate your achievements and share my blessings.

For now, it’s time for me to write in the present …write of Gods grace in my life and the wonderful things He has for you and me.  Come on let’s

Go Forth and Prosper together,

Molinda Sue

Travel Time

Travel Tips For Safety….Let’s Go!

September 24…Today would have been my Dad’s birthday…He reared  me, taught me about cars and numbers. Love you Daddy. I was your trooper. Now, I am your traveler.

It has been a good day. I put power steering fluid in my car. It’s time to share a post  safety checks for traveling alone.  If you drive a car, these checks should be part of your routine.

Only taking short trips?  Do these checks at least once each month.

5,000 miles ago, the service department suggested I have my power steering unit replaced.  It was close to $400.00 and my car was performing nicely. I decided to wait, save for the repair and in the meantime watch the fluid level.

Since then, I have added a little power steering fluid.  Note I said a little.  It cost 3.25 cents and because I had always done the checks I am going to share I had put some in about 8 months before they suggested I replace the unit.  Apparently a little is blowing out when I drive. Over 12,000 miles have rolled since I first noticed it.  Usually, I have a repair done as soon as I know it is needed.  Watching pennies, it seemed a wise choice to wait.

This post is not to influence you to ignore service request. It is great to be aware of a potential bill in the future and to be safe for now.

Learn to listen for different sounds in your car.  A whining, could indicate you need power steering fluid.  Screeching, may be your brakes need attention.  A hard shift in the first couple of minutes, may be your transmission calling you. Always check your gauges on the dashboard of your car.  Hear a popping noise when you back up?  Your universal joints may need attention.

Do an open hood walk around.  I have been to many service places dealerships for my Dodge and they have constantly dodged the important parts for my car. I like my car.  I do not like the service I have received for it.

You have AAA or roadside service?  Great, so do I but I don’t want to be sitting beside the road where phone service is choppy and the weather is either a gusher of water or 95 degrees and humid. So, I do my own preventative maintenance. I suggest you do the same.

There is a lever under your steering wheel to release your hood.  Then in the center of your car feel for the latch and move it until you hear the release and raise your hood.  A thin rod to hold the hood up is in the front.

Walk around. Your manual will note checkpoints are painted yellow.  I am including pictures for you.

My power steering fluid was low this morning and my car just made a whining noise when I turned the wheel.  I stopped at auto zone and got power steering fluid.Take the cap off. A little stick gauge is attached with a note to add fluid if it is below the line.  I added fluid, waited and it went down a bit. Next I checked the gauge again and added a little more being careful not to overfill.

Windshield fluid   –  Okay

Oil  –  full according to the oil stick

The stick to check the oil is in one place and the place to add oil in another.

Next I did a walk around to check my lights… pushing the button to unlock my doors.. I pushed the button so I could confirm all my lights were working.  Look what I found!

See the little broken piece.

A local  mechanics estimate was  $293.00 to replace the entire unit. That too will wait. My lights work just fine.  If I replace the entire unit, I will have to do the other side as well.  Otherwise, one headlight will be clear and beautiful and the other one has a yellow haze.

Amazon has one for less than $150. If I find someone who will do the labor for $100.00, I will be happy!  I choose carefully my expenditures for the car.  The savings are applied to travel.

Tire gauge…I don’t check my tires a lot as they are pretty new. Out of habit,  I always look before I drive  to confirm they are all inflated. I keep a tire gauge in my glove box to verify if one appears to be  low.  You can find the amount of suggested tire pressure on a label inside the door of your car.

Get rear ended?  Car won’t start? Most likely you have an emergency button inside the trunk  and near the lock for accidents like this.  It makes the engine stop to lessen the likelihood of your vehicle catching on fire.  If you find and push the button, your car may start.

Carrying a tire gauge, a gallon of water, paper towels…and window cleaner seems to be necessary gear for your car.  While you are filling the car kit, add some crackers, canned meat, a flashlight and a light blanket. You are prepared for a trip. For Christmas gifts I will give family members a little car survival kit including a notebook .

Because I travel to different states and places, I keep an emergency notebook in the trunk.  It contains insurance information (medical) copies of the credit cards or other information usually found in my purse.  I like knowing information is in two places in the event I misplace my purse.

Let me know if I have left anything out!  Safe Travels!.

Go forth and Prosper,

Travel Safe…..Molinda Sue

My ABC’s

J… Day 10 My Definition verbs starting with J

J – Jam:   Squeeze or pack tightly into a specified space.   Back home, in Tennessee or Kentucky, we referred to a Jam as an unpleasant situation!  Now, I have a different Jam.

You know, I am planning the trip back East and in spite of purging many items, there are still more than my car will hold. I am eagerly anticipating that my son and granddaughter will ride with me bringing more luggage, body space and all the things for the trip!  This time jam will mean packing tightly but leaving room for comfort.

J – Joy:  a feeling of great pleasure and happiness.   Delightful thoughts race through my head planning this trip!  It is a long road trip.  Eliana will have the opportunity to see Wall Drug, Wall Dakota and the Corn Palace in Mitchell, Dakota.

Each time I made this trip in the past, I stopped at Wall Drug to eat!  The cafeteria is awesome and of course a bit of shopping ending with an ice cream makes the day..

J – Jazz:  American music developed especially from ragtime and blues.  My favorite music is the blues!  Thoughts of Tennessee take my mind to  Beale Street in Memphis where I fell in love with the Blues!

J – Justify:  show or prove to be right or reasonable.  It’s a big project moving back to the South.  I pray in the end, the action is justified!

J – Join:  come into close association or relationship.

One of the most powerful words of action I know is Join.  Think about it. We join something every day. You or I may: Join a church, join a group, join friends, join a political party or join an event.  Opportunities to join something  continue. We seek a person or people of like mind to join with in marriage, prayer, goals and feel validated when we find them.

From the words published for each day, I select and choose the one meaning the most to me. From this list, I create my actions to live into.  Yes, it’s a long list. There are 24 hours in each day and we either consciously or unconsciously select actions to do.

Invitation:  I invite you to Join me in an endeavor to Know at the close of the day, we are living into one verb reflecting love, kindness and or understanding.    Let’s

Go Forth and Prosper…together,

Molinda Sue.

My ABC’s

I… Day 9 My Definitions for verbs starting with I

I – Illuminate:  brighten or provide with light; decorate with lights; clarify or make understandable; enlighten spiritually or intellectually;  fame; I celebrate.

I – Illustrate:  clarify (especially by use of examples); to make clear or reprehensible; to give honor to; to glorify.

I – Improve:  become better; to increase or advance productivity, value or quality.

It’s my business to improve each day. An acronym developed by Anthony Robbins, is  CANI standing for  Constant And never-ending Improvement.

I – Instruct: to advise; to direct; to teach.  Instructing excites me.  I love to teach something that will help a friend, a stranger, or a child. I learn when I teach!

Reflections of the first “job” I did  was to teach  girls in our church to play chords by ear.  I don’t remember exactly how much they paid, I think it was 50 cents.  Soon, I put it together I should teach them as a group and still collect 50 cents each.  It was a good business!  As I recall, I was 13.

I – Implore: beg someone earnestly to do something. Implore is another exciting verb beginning with I.

I implore you to identify any strong holds that keep you from doing the desires of your heart. Give God control and he will make a way for you to achieve your goals.  I am serious….do it and let me know the results!

I – Identify: It is my job and your job to identify truth in our life.  Have you ever heard a story that made you angry, or disappointed with someone.  I have. Worse, I reacted to the story as though it were true.

A lesson learned the hard way was it is better to be quiet and respond later than to react and be sorry. Identifying truth is still an ongoing project for me.

I – Identity:  A close cousin to identifying lives identity.  Making it personal, as a little girl, I was a child, and knew my place.  Then, I grew up…and hey I was; an adult, a wife, a Mother, an Educator, a Real Estate Broker, and a  business owner. Finally came the big Question. Who am I? I am no longer a wife, my parents are deceased so I am not their “little girl”  Who am I? Did I ever belong to the woman who abandoned me? Did I belong to my adoptive parents? Do my adult children need me? Have I fulfilled my purpose?Oh, perhaps my grandchildren and close friends need me.  Haha, it’s easy to let the mind play games.

I believe I know the answer and my purpose. You will know soon! For now,

Go Forth and Prosper,

Molinda Sue

My ABC’s Today is G

My ABC’s

G… Day 7 My Definitions for verbs starting with G

G -God: I believe I serve a living God.  His name is God. Yes, I am aware of  the Seven Names of God in Christianity…

  • YHWH-Yireh — “The Lord will provide” (Genesis 22:13-14)

  • YHWH-Rapha — “The Lord that healeth” (Exodus 15:26)

  • YHWH-Niss”i — “The Lord our Banner” (Exodus 17:8-15)

  • YHWH-Shalom — “The Lord our Peace” (Judges 6:24)

  • YHWH-Ra-ah — “The Lord my Shepherd” (Psalm 23:1)

Personally, when I am in trouble, when I am thankful, when I am sad, what ever state of mind I am in, I call Him and address him as God. I have much more to learn.  He knows I am a work in Process!

If you speak to me and call me “Molinda, Molinda Sue,  Goforth,” or other names I  use, I will respond. I am learning to use all of the given Christian names for God with ease.  Perhaps you understand more than me so if we don’t see alike, let’s just agree to disagree and be friends.

Is this important?  To me, it is. I have a friend who constantly makes the remark, “God or what ever you call Him…the higher power, or the universe …  Sorry, I just don’t understand. If I speak to you and your name is Martha, I don’t call and say: ” Bessie is that you?”

G – Go:  My last name is Goforth, definitely goes with the letter G. My assignment is to go forth and share  good news and the path of prosperity.

G- Music:  is a note as well as those we met the past 6 days.

G – Give:  Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.  Luke 6:38 KJV.    I think  of the song my Dad sang:  Each Day I’ll Do….

G – Giggle:  Laughter and giggles are good for the soul!   Remember, A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.  Proverbs 17:22.

Hanging out with Eliana is  good for me…she is full of laughter and giggles.

Loving this beautiful Sunday in Montana and prayers for your day from my heart to yours,

Go Forth and Prosper,

Molinda Sue

My ABC’s Today is F

My ABC’s

F… Day 6 My Definitions for verbs starting with F

F – Music Note:  Music notes are named after the first seven letters of the alphabet: A, B, C, D, E, F, G. After tomorrow, my ABC’s won’t introduce the day’s activity.  It’s been enlightening to call to my attention the different sounds of music.

Verbs to live into this day are:

F- Finish:  Life! Living life each day to the fullest, without regret when it’s time to call it finished.

F – Food:  I am aware I left the joy of food at several fast food stops along the way.  You know the drill, late for work, grab a cup of coffee, no time for lunch, eat greasy french fries hot and loaded with Salt, exhausted for dinner, grab a great fast food sandwich on the way home and finish with a bowl of sugary cereal before bedtime.  This week, I have focused on a simple ingredient…water.

F – Finances:  This one hurts.  My money is financed, not invested.  Daily action to delete the credit is essential. I have the plan for freedom outlined.

F – Fun:  Designated fun time allowing for creative thoughts, play with children, revisit and welcome imagination.

F – Fast:  Slow down and let the good times last.  Last week my heart rate was so high, it frightened me.  I went to see a Nauropath and it concerned her to the point she recommended I see a Cardiologist.  Actually, I withdrew, had a close communion with God and made a commitment to slow down, enjoy life, food, health and home. I am blessed! My heart rate is normal today.

My ABC’s this week highlight music and it’s importance in my life.  I recall hearing several people say, I wish I could play an instrument. All I can play is the radio.  Well, if you are one of those, good for you. Play the radio and enjoy. If you really want to play an instrument, stop wishing and learn to play.

In the Bible we read,  Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

I have fasted from all News this week, weather, political, fake and real, just living my life in my space and determined to do a kind deed each day for someone.

I learned to strum the guitar when I was six.  The big Gibson my dad owned was much bigger than me.  I loved to feel the strings, the different textures, and sounds they made.  In my teens, I could play rhythm guitar well and the piano, an organ and the symbols.  Yep, sometimes it was just a joyful noise. It’s important to listen…. lets revisit the scripture.

He asks us to Make A Joyful Noise Unto the Lord…..come before his presence with Singing.

Sing happy and good songs. Play what you can, you can always play the spoons! Smile and be happy. Tomorrow, we will celebrate the Lord’s day and

My ABC’s

E… Day 5 My Definitions for verbs starting with E

Friday’s Introduction: Since, I decided to publish this adventure, it seems appropriate to share why it’s important to me.  ABC and 123, look I am changing me!

Last week I was inspired in my spirit to do my ABC’s.  It’s a childhood memory,  learning the ABC’s by singing  the letters.

I have tried to dig out of the emotional rut. This week has been fun, researching to find verbs for each letter.  I will continue until I complete the ABC’s.  My daily assignment is to implement the verbs I call to front and center!  Writing the assignment each day, studying the words and applying has already elevated my mood and mindset.

The awareness of musical notes this week is amazing.  We hear music everywhere, on the radio, our phones, in commercials, church and other places.

Music is tied to Joy from my childhood. My parents were excited to get me started with piano lessons.  It was salvation for me as I heard the music later in my head. I learned I could deviate from practicing the music notes and just play those melodies. The music still plays in my head, and I find solstice there. For Friday, day five it is the note and letter E. Action words are:

E – Eat…Ooops, this is the first word that comes to mind for E.  Yes, I eat too much resulting in the fact of weighing too much.  For today, I will discard the thought of sharing eating habits as a way to escape and focus on the recent cooking course I completed from Gordon Ramsay.

The course is a video and networking with other interested students.  I stayed up most of the night just drinking in the words, pictures and results.

E – Elevate…raise or lift (something) up to a higher position.  In the past, I used the phrase, raise the bar. It still applies.  Instead of living a mediocre life, I will daily strive to Elevate my quality of life to another level and reach out to others for a healthier, safer place.

E – Earn…gain, acquire  payment, reward, recognition, by work, effort and action.  Here I am learning an intentional focus. When we get to F, Finance won’t be number one as I have designated E to earn…money, respect and peace of mind.

E – Edify…build or construct; encourage, improve or teach (especially intellectually, morally or spiritually); benefit; favor; persuade; convince.

E – Educate…build or construct; encourage, improve or teach.  Those who can’t do teach. Some of my activities are restricted, but I have a burning desire to convert a little shed to my house!  For those who are interested, I will teach.

E – I love the letter and the musical note. E.  It’s hard to stop. These are the boundaries for today. It’s time to,

Go forth and Prosper,

Molinda Sue

My ABC’s Today is D

July 7, 2018 by Molinda Goforth Leave a Comment

My ABC’s

D… Day 4 My Definitions for verbs starting with D

D – Music Note: D is a musical note a whole tone above C.
The way we listen to music each day is interesting.  Noise or music, how does it affect us? For me, certain sounds, make me uncomfortable, while others remind me of love and are sometimes melancholy.

In music, a note is the pitch and duration of a sound, and also its representation in musical notation.

I will learn more about music in heaven.  No longer will I say I wish I knew!

I love the tone of the D Note. Thus, my action words beginning with D are:

D – Dance...move in rhythmical way; express pleasure by motion

In Redding, I attended a church service and prophecy was given to me.  The man saw me dancing with shoes that glittered. It warmed my heart since my right foot forgot about dancing after the last surgery.  My memory now burns with the prophecy and I will dance before God in the near future!

For my son who has Parkinson’s, I will join the group for dancing with Parkinson’s! Note to self…..I shall become the dancing queen!

D – Do: to execute; to bring about; effect; to render; to carry out; produce.  Each day I resolve to do what is needed for the day and Do what I have resolved!

D – Dollar:  Dollars must  be earned in our life and dispersed accordingly,  It is a daily task, might as well make it fun. Three deposits to be made each day for me are:  Deposit to spend, deposit to save, deposit to give. This statement is so easy to make…doing requires effort!

D – Deed… Action is required for me to acquire a warranty deed to property by December 25 this year.  A deed with a mortgage would be easier. It is my goal to own a piece of property free and clear.

Progressing day four, brings clarity and requires actions.  I experience joy in written words of change. Four years ago I entered a rut and it got deeper and deeper. Now, day by day I am escaping the rut.

Did you know, a rut can become a grave?  For the past year I have felt the effects of smothering, feeling closed in and yet for my activity each day, I just walked the same path. When I came to the end, I turned around and walked it again. My actions were to do and repeat over and over.

Debt, I started with a little and it multiplied. Now, debt overwhelms me. I just close my eyes and continue to march the rut road. Defining and applying actions to eliminate debt will free me from slavery!

These 26 days, and an application of action each day will change my mind-set, my body and connect my soul closer to God!  Thank you, God for this inspiration.  Let’s

Go Forth and Prosper,

My ABC’s Today is C

My ABC’s

C… Day 3  My Definitions for verbs starting with C

Surprise!  It is a music note! Let’s sing success.

C is the first note of the C major scale, the third note of the A minor scale and the fourth note (F, A, B, C) of the Guidonian hand.

All of the above information seems very technical.  When I was a little girl, I learned the sounds of each note and to this day I identify the key a song is played  in by those sounds. Someday, perhaps we can discuss chords, not just notes.

Isn’t it fun to bring music into each day?

C – Bank Note   a 100-dollar bill. See C–note defined for English-language learners. My action for the letter C is to generate a $100.00 before the first of August.

C – Calm:  The past week my heart has played the part of a race car, rhythm far too fast.  I found a meditation for the heart. While listening, my heart rate slowed to the beat. I entered a calm serene state of being! It was healing to visit this place.

C – Celebrate:  Each day I will celebrate something that gives me pleasure.

C – Comfort:  Many of my friends say they feel comforted when we talk.  I thank God for those comments.  With an act of kindness, I will intentionally comfort someone each day.

C – Cook:  I have just completed a course from the Masters with Gordon Ramsey, teaching cooking! I fully intend to pursue more classes and make each meal a Celebration.

As you can see, many action words are associated with the Letter C in my world. One of the most important is:

C – Can: Philippians 4:13 New King James Version (NKJV). 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.  Each letter added from the alphabet will include more action on my part.  This is a month of transformation, establishing patterns to become habits and insure I live life to the fullest.  I Can do these things.

Three days into the design of this series and I feel a shift in my thoughts.  I am so excited to know what lies ahead.  For now, it’s time to enjoy the moment and,

My ABC’s

B…Day 2  My Definitions for verbs starting with B

Now, I know my ABC’s, hope you will join and have fun with me!

B – Birthday’s    Today is my son’s birthday.  Memories of singing happy birthday to friends and family play in my mind.

B – Music Note:  B is the second letter of the alphabet , a note in music, the seventh note of the diatonic scale of C major a key based on a scale.

I  love music.  When I was expecting my third child, Mark was 5.  I loved Kris Kristopherson’s song, “ Why Me Lord?”   I sang and played it every day. One day I heard this little voice singing.  Mark was in the shower singing, Why Me Lord? I still wonder and know I haven’t done anything to deserve the blessing Mark brings to my life.

B – Balance: My physical being finds me  lax in Balance. My excuse is my foot is crooked!  Hmmm…facing facts, my core is weak, overweight, crooked foot, limited balance and not flexible is my total package of Balance.

My Extreme assignment for balance is taken from this book

My granddaughter filmed my attempt to do the 4 steps, we will share video’s later!

B – Bank Balance:  Today, I will do a mystery shop at Costco,  order my contact lens from Shopko and purchase drinks.  The mystery shop adds to my bank balance, drinks at Shopko today provide a savings of $6.00!  Money we bring in, must balance with what goes out!

B – Beauty: I will surround myself with beauty.  Plants generate life and joy. I will pay close attention to the condition of my body!

Activities  include enjoying the plants and yard. The sky is a vivid blue, with sprinkles of white baby blanket clouds. Birds are singing and the butterflies dance to the music. It’s time to enjoy the beauty of prosperity!

Go Forth and Prosper,

Molinda Sue
