Thank You God For Memories
Thank you for today. Thank you for emotions. I must confess, my heart feels heavy and sad. A friend died. Seems you have called the number of many of my friends and relatives lately. Soon, I know it will be my turn.
I woke up thinking of the past. Twas like looking in the rear view mirror and seeing many disasters behind me. There were many blessings as well. Please, forgive the wrong choices I made. Thank you for your mercy for the results.
Before me is a decision, just waiting to be implemented. I ask and thank you in advance for your guidance.
Today, is the best day of my life. I promise to live it intentionally with joy and thanksgiving.
I feel sadness for our Country. Please, guide our leaders even if they forget to ask for your guidance. I pray for peace not war.
I have sweet memories of childhood, saying the Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer lady at school, Christmas plays and Easter! As I child, I looked forward to the Easter sunrise service. My last memory of Celebrating Easter in Kentucky was at Pinnacle View in Middlesboro. As the fog slowly lifted from the mountain, we sang Because He Lives and it felt like we left the world and was immersed in miracles.
